July 2023 – October 2023

 

Phase 1

  • Registration link opens for the projects to register in different sectors and it closes in last week of October.
  • Participants should be a resident of India and a student to be eligible for funding.

November 2023 – December 2023

 

Phase 2

  • Participating Team should submit project proposal and powerpoint on website containing brief information about their project idea,budget,impact and other details.
  • Team can also submit other documents like audio file,research paper,etc as considered necessary.
  • On the basis of proposal and other documents 100-150 projects would be selected for funding and budget allocation.

January 2024 – March 2024

 

Phase 3

  • Funds for the selected projects would be released as per the guidelines for the projects to complete their working model in the given time window

April 2024

 

Phase 4

  • Team will have to submit the final report for their completed projects and top 36 projects will be selected from India for valedictory ceremony.
  • The valedictory ceremony will be a 2 day ceremony taking place at COEP Tech University,Pune including networking event,cultural event,felicitation event and many more events.
  • Selected projects will be fully sponsored, including food and accommodation expenses. Additionally, the top 2 projects from each sector will be honoured at the felicitation ceremony.

Awards

Two of the projects in each sector will be awarded with a trophy,merchandise and a certificate in the final valedictory ceremony.

One will be awarded with the Best Project and the other with the Runner Up Project in that respective sector.

Therefore a total of 12 projects from 6 sectors would be selected.

Winning projects would also get access to our community meetups and offline sessions.

The best project from all the sectors combined would be rewarded with a trophy,merchandise and a certificate.

The winning team would get a chance to feature on our website and next year magazine and brochure.

Only 1 team would be selected as the Overall Best Project.

Best Philanthropist award is particular to college and given to the college with maximum registrations and project count.

Winning college students would get access to our online workshops and sessions.

One college would be selected and any representative from that college can collect the trophy on the day of valedictory.

Outside Ambassadors play a pivotal role in the foundational aspects of i2i, and this award aims to recognize and commend their invaluable contributions.

The best outside ambassador would be awarded with a trophy,certificate and exclusive i2i merchandise.

The best outside ambassador would also get a chance to feature on our website and get to connect with the i2i team and the organisations behind this initiative.

Reimbursement Procedure Policy

  1. Ignited Innovators of India is a registered organisation under COEP Tech University and with the help of Eaton Corporation Ltd. has extended funding support to all its participants.
  2. The RIEL at COEP Tech and BHAU Institute has further extended support to i2i in its initiatives and working.
  3. Ignited Innovators of India assumes no responsibility for claims related to funding and support in instances where oral agreements or improperly documented records are involved.
  4. Ignited Innovators of India would only reimburse the amounts that are billed on GST or have a tax invoice and dated in the financial year 2023-2024.
  5. In case of non-GST bills, only uptill 1000/- is permitted by the government and furthermore the bills would be send to higher authority and their decision would be final on  such bills.
  6. If a project misuses the amount reimbursed the team would be solely responsible in that case and that team would be debarred in case of any further government schemes.
  7. The project team leader and members should be residents of India and strictly a student at a registered Institution in the Indian territory.
  8. A minimum of 2 members is required for the project team, and failure to comply with this rule may result in project disqualification.
